These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ta365 Casino ("ta365", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ta365 Casino website located at ta365.club, including all games, services, features, and content made available therein (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the ta365 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

ta365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting a notice on the ta365 platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account with ta365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction applies in accordance with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) minimum age requirements for online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be accessing the ta365 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful for you as an individual. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation is legal under applicable laws.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• You must not be a current or former employee, agent, contractor, director, or officer of ta365 or any of its affiliated companies, nor a family member or household member of any such person.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.

ta365 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it determines that the eligibility criteria have not been or are no longer satisfied.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the ta365 platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ta365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit any bonuses or winnings derived from such accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ta365 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must immediately notify ta365 by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team and change your password. ta365 will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

ta365 will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing the first withdrawal from any account. Acceptable KYC documents for Philippine players include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's Licence, or SSS/GSIS ID. Additional documentation may be requested for enhanced due diligence purposes, including proof of source of funds for high-value transactions.

All financial transactions on the ta365 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ta365 does not impose currency conversion on deposits or withdrawals. The available deposit methods for Philippine players include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited within 15 minutes during banking hours, subject to the remitting bank's processing schedule. ta365 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside ta365's control.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified account holders to GCash and Maya are processed within three (3) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. ta365 reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high transaction volumes, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required under anti-money laundering obligations.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where this is not technically possible, in which case an alternative method will be agreed with the player.
• ta365 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment account used for deposits or withdrawals.
• ta365 does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name.
• ta365 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may delay or decline transactions where suspicious activity is identified.

ta365 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be displayed in full on the ta365 platform at the time of offer. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

By accepting any ta365 bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and any game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits associated with that promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified ta365 accounts unless otherwise stated. New account bonuses are available to first-time depositing players only.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and qualifying games are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your ta365 account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless ta365 expressly permits otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse: ta365 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is identified.

ta365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, where it determines that the integrity of the promotion has been compromised or for any other operational reason.

All games available on the ta365 platform — including live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, casino poker), video slots, bingo, Plinko, and Crash Goal — are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing real-money wagers.

ta365 uses certified game software from licensed third-party game studios. Slot and RNG-based game outcomes are generated by independently audited random number generators (RNG). Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means under controlled studio conditions. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are as published by the relevant game studio and are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a live or RNG game session, ta365's policy is as follows:

• Where a game round has not completed due to a technical fault originating on ta365's side, ta365 will endeavour to return the wager to the player's account.
• Where an error results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, ta365 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player.
• In all cases, the decision of ta365's technical team, in consultation with the relevant game studio where applicable, shall be final.

Winnings credited to a player's account following a technical error that ta365 did not intend to award may be reversed by ta365 at any time, including after the player has withdrawn the affected funds, in which case the corresponding amount will be set off against future deposits or winnings.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ta365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Deception: Using fraudulent payment instruments, providing false identity information, creating accounts under fictitious names, or misrepresenting any material fact to ta365.
• Money Laundering: Using the ta365 platform for any purpose relating to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime as defined under Philippine law and applicable international standards.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players, ta365 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place wagers or interact with the ta365 platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting bonus terms in ways contrary to their intended purpose, or systematic bonus arbitrage.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any ta365 system, introduce malicious code, reverse-engineer any ta365 software, or disrupt the platform's operation in any way.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating a person under the age of 21 to access or use your ta365 account.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with a payment provider for deposited funds without first attempting resolution with ta365 through official support channels.

ta365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is a form of entertainment. It carries inherent financial risk and is not an appropriate means of generating income. Players should only wager amounts they can genuinely afford to lose.

ta365 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all account holders from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum deposit amounts on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Loss Caps: Restrict the maximum net loss permitted in a single session across any game category.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account from real-money play for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) without requiring contact with support.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ta365 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately across all game categories and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Minimum self-exclusion duration is 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Set time-based session reminders that display how long you have been playing and your net session result.

All content on the ta365 platform — including but not limited to the ta365 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, databases, audio-visual materials, and all other original works — is the proprietary property of ta365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

ta365 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ta365 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any ta365 content without prior written consent.
• Use any ta365 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written permission.
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the ta365 platform.
• Create derivative works based on any ta365 content or software.

Any unauthorised use of ta365's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, for which ta365 reserves all legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ta365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ta365 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of opportunity, even if ta365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ta365's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to ta365 in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ta365 provides the platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While ta365 takes reasonable steps to ensure service reliability and uptime, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.

ta365 collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is available at ta365.club/privacy-policy.

By registering an account with ta365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include identity and age verification, transaction processing, anti-money laundering screening, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

ta365 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Your data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC providers, game studios) and with regulatory authorities as required by law.

ta365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ta365 will provide notice to registered players via the ta365 platform notification system and/or by email to the address on record. The amended Terms will be posted on the ta365 website with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the ta365 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting ta365 support.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and ta365, we encourage you to first contact the ta365 customer support team through the 24/7 live chat service. The support team will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. ta365 maintains a formal dispute resolution procedure for complaints that cannot be resolved at the first support level.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the ta365 internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
